The theme for this week is “enough”.
Sometimes it’s difficult for me to feel like I’ve done enough. It seems like there is always something more I could do and it’s difficult to rest in the work that I’ve put in for the day. Do you ever feel that way?
Spend a moment now for yourself – take a deep breath, note where you are and what you are feeling.
Now consider these two questions:
Question #1: Do I ever feel like I have done enough? Enough in school, with clients, my own personal growth? If so, when? If not, why?
Question #2: How might I give myself permission today to say I have done enough for now? If this feels difficult, what is getting in the way?
